DPA d:dicate™ 4011C Stereo Pair with Clips and Windscreens in Peli Case
The wide and versatile d:dicate™ Microphone series is legendary in the high-end recording and film production industry. Delivering clean, accurate sound, the mics in this series are used by professionals, who understand sound and insist on only using the best.
We have collected our award-winning d:dicate™ Recording Microphones in specialized stereo pairs that are matched within either ±0.5 dB, ±1 dB ±1.5 dB, depending on the pair you choose. Explore the stereo pairs below.
4011 Cardioid Stereo Pair
Even though the standard tolerances on our d:dicate™ microphones are extremely low, a stereo match is even closer. These specially selected d:dicate™ 4011A Cardioid Microphones are matched within ±1 dB on both frequency response and sensitivity. The pair comes in a heavy-duty Peli™ Case for safe transportation and easy access to the microphones and accessories.
This pair is similar to the ST4011A Stereo Pair, using the same MMC4011 Cardioid Microphone Capsule to gain its amazing sound. Designed to be hidden from view, the diminutive design and high performance of the d:dicate™ 4011C Cardioid Microphone, Compact makes it the outstanding choice for unobtrusively miking all types of television, film, theatre, concert and studio performances.
When used to spot-mike larger orchestras, these mics are hard to beat. Capable of handling high SPLs without distortion, the d:dicate™ 4011C Cardioid Microphone, Compact is perfectly tailored for close-miking applications; minimizing bleed from other instruments. In film and TV studios, they are excellent for off-camera voice recording or Foley work. For live on-camera recordings, their matte black finish gives them a classic yet inconspicuous appearance, while for sound reinforcement in concert halls, theatres and houses of worship, they provide clean, natural sound while reducing the noticeable effect of lighting reflection.
